Design and Implementation of PLC based Smart Coffee Maker

Abstract Automation is preferred in every production and service field to reduce human intervention achieve high efficiency, reliability less effort. In this paper the design of a smart coffee maker implemented using Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The proposed machine includes eight different modes that offer hot drinks ranging from black white tea depending on user’s input. Because its durability ease installation maintenance, Smart Coffee Maker system PLC controller. Furthermore, monitors input regular basis, actuators utilized project, such as conveyor belt, various valves, lamp, are controlled based custom program downloaded automation making process. Toggle switches used select appropriate mode, while limit assure operation sequence by functioning control signal/input turn belt motor ON/OFF. technology has been tested laboratory shown be effective.
